As the sales season comes to an end, now is the time to plan for snow operations. Servicing accounts efficiently and effectively through proper planning differentiates strong snow contractors from fly-by-night companies. Successful planning for the season includes analysis of routes, manpower, equipment, and all the sites you will service throughout the year. Attendees of this webinar will receive instruction and tips related to planning for:

  • Equipment, materials, and capacity
  • Routing and scheduling
  • Site engineering
  • Recordkeeping process
  • Contingency planning

Speaker Bio

David Gallagher has 18 years of experience in the green and snow industries.  In addition to David's current and past work experiences, he achieved his Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Science from Penn State University in 1999. David has served in various management positions with companies up to $35 Million in revenue.
David currently serves as a Success Coach for LandOpt, a licensor of a Business Operating System for commercial and residential landscape contractors.  In his past work experience David has worked with companies such as IBM, Prudential, Target and Simon Properties on sites ranging from 1 to 200+ acres. In his spare time, David serves on numerous nonprofit boards and currently is a member on the SIMA conference committee.
